12th (10+2) std. pass examination from any recognized board with minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% for Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes).

Note: It is suggested that those candidates who have studied arts/social sciences subjects for their qualifying examination may apply for BA, LL.B programme. Similarly, those candidates who have studied commerce/accounts/mathematics may apply for BBA, LL.B programme. The Candidates are free to make their own choice depending on their ability, interest & opportunity. Please note that these two programmes differ only in First Degree subject (either Humanities OR Business Law) whereas the same Law courses are offered to both the programmes. Graduates in both streams are eligible for diverse legal career & opportunities including Corporate, Lawyering, Civil Services, Advocacy, Judiciary, Academic, International Organization Jobs, and International Admissions etc.

• Passin Class XII or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% and above marksin single attempt (any discipline) in English medium
• Class XII (or equivalent) students who appeared for their final examinations before July 14, 2025 and awaiting for results are also eligible to apply
• Should have qualified in ILSAT 2025 conducted by ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad

• Applicants should not be more than 21 years of age as on the day of commencement of the Semester I i.e., July 28, 2025. However, the changes if any made to age limit by the BCI from time to time will be followed. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary School Certificate will be taken as authentic.
