Minimum percentage of marks not below 45% (without Rounding) of the total marks in case of general category applicants and 40 % of total marks (without Rounding) in case of SC and ST applicants, must be obtained for the qualifying examination, such as +2 examination.
Candidate should have passed Senior School Certificate Examination(10+2 system) or equivalent Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Age should not be more than 20 years in the case of general candidates and 22 years for SC/ST/OBC category as of 1st of July in the year of appearing in the Examination (subject to the University of North Bengal and Bar Council of India norms).No age bar for Foreign national students.
