Seeking admission into a 5-year law course, only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices, with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
The qualifications of the 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
And the Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
B.ALL.B. (Hons) is a Five-year program (Ten Semesters), the eligibility criteria for BALLB is that one must have completed 12th with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for General/OBC candidates and 40% for SC/ST candidates. The course is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi & Government of Madhya Pradesh and affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya (DAVV), Indore.
