Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology subject. OR Passed Diploma in Pharmacy.
(i) 10 + 2 examinations with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology from schools located in Gujarat and affiliated to Gujarat Board or CBSE or ICSE or International School Board or National Institute of Open Schooling.
OR
Students from other states of India: Should have passed the following examinations:
(i) 10 + 2 examinations with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology from schools affiliated with to state Board or CBSE or ICSE International School Board or National Institute of Open Schooling.
(ii) A pass in Diploma Pharmacy Course from an institute located in Gujarat and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
(iii) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any one of the above examinations.
