• Seeking admission into a 5-year law course only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
• The qualifications of the 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence/open schooling method).
• And the Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category

Candidate should have passed Senior School Certificate Examination(10+2 system) or equivalent Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Age should not be more than 20 years in the case of general candidates and 22 years for SC/ST/OBC category as of 1st of July in the year of appearing in the Examination (subject to University of North Bengal and Bar Council of India norms).No age bar for Foreign National Students.
