I think it will not be possible this year. This year there is no enough time to take 3 rounds of counselling plus one mop up round.
This year WBJEE results are going to declare late so there will be no time to declare the result of 3 counselling
Unfortunately, CSE is not available at this level. Except for CSE, all other branches, with the exception of CS, IT, and ECE, can get this level in Heritage and IEM.
