WBJEEE only has a PCM combination. So it will not be possible for a PCB student to give the exam. Although, if you have studied PCMB in your grade 11 and 12, then you will be eligible to appear for the exam.

college option and branch choice is given in the counselling application form. that is final. You can't change in middle of the process.
in counselling process, you can upgrade your given option. either you can upgrade branch or college option among the options given by you in the counselling

According to last year's cut off, your nata score and wbjee rank may not be sufficient for getting B.Arch admission in Jadavpur University, especially if you are from general category.
However, if you are from SC/ST there is a slight chance of you getting admitted for B.Arch in Jadavpur
