You  have not mentioned your general rank as all the allotments are done on the basis of general rank and not on the basis of TFW rank. I think your general rank will be much higher. So you can get a seat without TFW in the medium ranked private

If you take admission on the basis of your General Merit Rank then also you can apply for Tution Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme, but condition is that you should have proper income proof certifying that you are eligible for TFW scheme.
