You can get Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College with mechanical or civil stream. You will get it in the mop up round. You can change to ee in the Decentralized round. In Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College it is not there anymore. So you can get the other streams.

There is no separate TFW certificate ,to avail TFW .

All you have to do is submit the income certificate of your parents in the college just before enrollment in the college or the documents verification of the counselling.This you can get from the taluk office/collectorate.

Well, for getting admission into colleges through Jee Mains, you need to apply for the Josaa counseling. But if you didn't get your desired college in the counseling process, you may also apply for the state counseling conducted for giving admission on the basis of WBJEE score. And

Once this process is completed, you need to pay the registration fees of Rs.500/- via Debit/Credit Card or via E-Challan through the online payment portal. Once you pay the fees, you will be allowed to select your choices accordingly.

as per universities charges around 8-10 lakh for full 4 year course .you dont have to pay full  fees yoy ihave to pay it by per semester . and futher admission fee should be given 10-15  days before starting batch of session
