Your rank is a bit low to get CSE in top ranked institutea or colleges. But you can try for institutes like Meghnath Saha, then AOT, then neotia University or even some collges in the districts like Behrampur, Maldah. Wait for the counselling.

You have a good rank in WBJEE 2019. You can get good government colleges and also the best private colleges. You can get some branches in Jadavpur University also. You can also get a seat in Calcutta University also with this rank. But getting the branches like CSE

Considering last year trend then with this rank it will be difficult to get IT in Haldia and Heritage. If you want either of these college then you can get Chemical or Civil.

If you want IT then you have to switch to Techno or Narula Institute.
