You will get private engineering Colleges.

Jadavpur University has no such policies for branch/discipline change/slide. This year also, it hasn,t been announced about this policy. There are very less chances as they do not allow this for engineering students. However keep checking the official link for JU. http://www.jaduniv.edu.in/
