Hello there,

No, you cannot get into DU for any course without giving CUET ( Common university entrance test). According to NEP, admissions to central universities will be through CUET, but not on merit basis.

With 400 marks , will you get mbbs in kgmu depends upon neet cut off 2024. Cut if changes every year and depends upon number of factors including students appeared in exam, difficulty level of exam, seat intake , previous year's cut off.

Sorry but you won't be able to get bhms seat without appearing Neet. Fee structure for bhms Course varies with college though average fees is 2,00,000 to 3,50,000 per annum.
