The government colleges and most colleges take admission through entrance test only and if you have missed that last date of form submitting then you don't have a lot of choices but if you are determined to study law then you can apply to colleges outside of Pune

If you just want to get a good NIT then you can get nit Rourkela biomedical engineering at 97(other state) and 95.5(home state) percentiles.
But if you want good branches in good NITs then you have to get rank under 10000(all India rank) or 99.1 percentile in jee
