Unfortunately your score is very low as 58 percentile is very low and hence I'll suggest you to study again and then give exam again with better preparation. You need more than 72 percentile.

Yes, students of Andhra Pradesh are eligible for admission to 50 percent AIQ seats.
Only candidates from Jammu and Kashmir will not be allowed to appear for AIQ seats and all seats will be granted by state counselling authority.
