Hello Mehebub, In Northeast, like any other state, the state quota holders are entitled to 85% reservation in seats for admission to the various govt. colleges. The NE quota and State quota will have  almost the same reservation percentage for northeastern institutes. 

The dates for the spot round will be announced by Jadavpur University. Keep the dates in mind as you have to be present there on the particular date announced. The students will be called rank wise and will be allowed to change their department in accordance to the vacancy left.
