Hello Megha,  DU is planning a special drive for the reserved category students. This dress is only for the students who are in SC,  ST,  EWS category. So as you said you are in general category you are not eligible to apply for this drive.

Well  there is nothing as minimum score for JEE Main. Every individual has their own cutoff as per their category. If one has cleared his/her required cutoff then they are eligible to get a seat into NITs through JoSAA counselling. If they didn't get a seat through JoSAA

Most of the colleges do not permit entry in the mid of a course. If you wish to transfer colleges, then you must check with the college you wish to join next. Check with their rules and conditions. Approach the college directly and enquire.
