Mostly after finishing of  first counselling of AP EAMCET for MPC students they will start the counselling for Bi.P.C students. The official website is not yet activated for

You are correct. The page is says its not live and is under Observation. The Counselling process hasn't begun yet. According to the official website https://appgecetd.nic.in/auth/pgecet_notification.pdf , the qualified and eligible registered Candidates of GATE/GPAT and APPGECET for admission to M.Tech/M.Pharmacy/Pharma.D, the counseling will commence from 17th November. The counselling dates are not confirmed for AP PGECET. Once, the schedule for counselling will be out, you can make the payment of counselling fees on the said counselling dates.

• Aadhaar card
• Degree marks memos & pass certificate
• Intermediate or its equivalent memo-cum-pass certificate
• SSC or its equivalent marks memo
• Degree memorandum of marks
• Degree provisional pass certificate
• Study or bonafide
