Here I'm providing the cutoff list for 2019 M.B.B.S:
The cutoff for General category - 50 percentile-701-134 marks
The cutoff for General-physically handicapped category - 45 percentile-133-120 marks
The cutoff for SC/ ST/OBC category - 40 percentile-133-107 marks
The cutoff for SC/ ST/OBC-physically handicapped category - 40 percentile-133-107
Here I'm providing few colleges which are with the lowest cutoff for SC:-

As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that the closing rank for CSE branch in some NITs for OS quota are as follows

As per previous year cutoff,Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Virudhunagar Mechnaical engineering last year openiing cutoff is 148 and closing cutoff is 133.
In EEE, Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Virudhunagar last year opeining cutoff is 162 and closing cutoff is 154.
So, you have less chance to get EEE

since vjti and coep have very close cutoff and almost same for some branches.
In VJTI minimum score for sc category for CSE is around 181 and In COEP cutoff is around 179.
For mechanical cutoff is in between 165 to 170
Electronics and IT cutoff is in between
