1. Number of applicants in the respective exam
2. Difficulty level of the exam
3. Number of seats available for admission (overall and each category)
4. Category under which admission is desired
5. Number of candidates competing for a particular category.
6. Previous year

Cut offs depend on many factors. They depend on no.of students who appeared for the exam, no.of students who qualified, difficulty of the exam and highest score. We cannot deny the poosibility of cut offs for EWS  being higher than UR Category. In few States, Reserved Categories have higher cut
