The National Institute Of Bank Management, Pune accepts entries through the CAT and CMAT examinations. While the ATMA examination results used to be considered for admission in the past, their use has recently been discontinued. The average cutoff marks segregated section-wise for various prominent IIMs are as follows:

• Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension(VARC)- 80 percentile.
• Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning(DI & LR)- 80 percentile.
• Quantitative Ability(QA)- 80 percentile.

The overall cutoff is usually above 85 percentile for IIMs.
