Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it to be general. Since the NEET UG 2022 results aren't out yet, it is difficult to say the expected cut off for this year for ESIC Medical colleges.

There is no such cutoff for specific branches in ITER. They take admission till seats are filled. If your rank is within the range 1-1000 you can easily get into the branch you choose. And if you don't get into branch you can easily change your branch after first semester
