Sorry to say,but No you can't apply for admission in any NIT college until your percentage is 75% in 12th.Also the required rank for getting admission is under 1lakh.Only then you are eligible to get admission there.But with this percentage you can apply for only private colleges and

Answering your question-
The admission in symbiosis college Pune is  done on the basis of your 12th score. The cut off is between 86% to 90% for general non-Maharashtrian category. The cut off for SC, ST, OBC and Maharashtrian varies.

For honours you've to score more than 65%

No there is no specific eligibility criteria for management seats .
The basic eligibility  for pursuing this course is that the students should have completed their 10+2 from a recognized school and should have opted the science stream.
In  some college the take entrance exam.

The main eligibility criteria for JEE mains is that you have to score 75% in PCM. If you don't full fill that, then i am sorry but you won't be allated any college through JEE mains. So, if you want you get a seat in IIIT through JEE

Yes you are eligible for LLB the criteria for llb is you should have scored more than 45% in 12th standard. And  you have to give CET exam for the respective colleges.

You did not mention which of these sibjects was your sixth subject. Considering the best five subjects of yours,  I think that they are Maths 88, Physics 70, Chemistry 63, English 83 and Bengali 90 as your score in Biology is least and for admission in NITs or

HEY buddy, total marks in 12th have no use here.

Your cutoff speaks here.

cutoff is calculated based on phy, che and maths marks.

You can get the colleges like MIT chennai CSE, Thiagarajar college, CSIR karaikudi, Alagappa karaikudi only when you have higher cutoff's above 190-200.

Dear Ankit, if you complete your studies in Permitted College, you cannot practise in other States except for the States that you have studied in. But if you have studied in Registered College, you can practise in any other State. So, lets say if you study in a permitted college
