The minimum subject requirement depends on the entrance exam you choose to give.

For JEE, you should have passed 12th or equivalent with minimum 5 subjects and 75% marks.

For BITSAT, the criteria is that you should have scored at least 75% in PCM (Physics, chemistry and math)
