According to the rank and based on the previous year cutoff, chances would be less of getting seat in NITs, IIITs, through JoSAA Counselling. You can try getting admission through state level counselling.

If you are a general category student then with this percentile I dont think there's any chance for NITs or IIITs. There can be few GFTIs in which you may be eligible, but that too chances are slim.
