Keeping the previous year cutoffs in mind, you may easily get Mechanical engineering (Automobile) in KIIT as the previous year cutoff for Mechanicak engineering (Automobile) was 17648. The cutoff for KIIT computer science goes to around 4800-5200 and since you are very close to the closing rank,

With 3,610 rank in General Women in KIITEE 2019, you have a chance of getting a seat in any of the following branches: EEE/ ECE/ E&I/ IT/ Electrical/ Civil etc. Getting CSE or Mechanical may be tough, but you can try during counselling.
