the basic criterion is that are you in the top 20% in your boards . for maharashtra board i think you are in the top 20 percentage so you are eligible .

but you need to calculate your marks and percentage as given below for advanced-

NSIT has the following eligibility criteria :

1. Candidates should have at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Qualifying exams / 12th from the recognised Centre or State Board.
2. In Addition, they should also have passed English as a core or elective subject in 10+2.

Yes you are eligible fir taking admission in IIT Madras,but you have to clear jee mains paper and score good in jee advance paper .60% in board exam is just the cutoff of board ,if you have good rank in jee advance and you score below 60% in class

DTU accepts admission on the basis of JEE Main ranks. The eligibility criteria is 65% aggregate (for OBC) in 12th standard and PCM as main subjects in 12th.
