Hey there Ankita, if you fulfill all the domicile criteria for delhi, you can indeed give your domicile as delhi for NEET PG 2019 counselling and you will be eligible for the 50 percent domicile reservation for the delhi region and you can also attend counselling for all india quota

Yes you are eligible.
BITSAT Eligibility criteria. Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English Subjects. Candidates must have obtained 75% marks in  PCM group with at least 60% in each subject physics, chemistry, mathematics.
