Yes, you were eligible to write Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED EXAM). Note that all the candidates applying for CEED, must make sure that they fulfill the CEED Eligibility. Also, these criteria will be verified, along with all the mandatary documents and the CEED score, by the CEED

As per the eligibility NIOS & Private students can apply for NEET Entrance Exam and there was no any restriction for AIIMS & JIPMER Entrance Exam for Private students.
