Yes, you are eligible to write the CET exam but, the condition is you shouldn't have any backlogs in any subject of your PUC exams then only you can attempt KCET.

75 percentile in XAT and 80 Percentile in CAT is must for getting call into LIBA Chennai. For Cathlovs, you require 60 percentile in CAT.
All above cutof fis for overall and not sectional cutoff.

As per the eligibility NIOS & Private students can apply for NEET Entrance Exam and there was no any restriction for AIIMS & JIPMER Entrance Exam for Private students.
