In order to apply for NEET as a general category you should have minimum 50% PCB score in class 12th & for AIIMS & JIPMER you should have minimum 60%. You can check the further information related eligibility with the given below link.

Definitely you can do M Stats from ISI after doing Bsc Statistics from DU. Its not compulsory to do your bacholor and masters from same university. you can surely change it. ONly thing matter is that you should fullfill its eligibility criteria for admission.
