It depends upon your preferred college and graduation stream you are going to opt. If you are looking for commerce background admission then it may tough to get admission. You have very less chance for top colleges in any stream. you can go for average ranked DU Colleges.

NITs take admission on the basis of marks or rank secured by a student in JEE MAINS not ECET Rank . So , clearly not just with this rank , but with any rank in ECET , you are not eligible for admission in NIT.

Yes, definitely, once you have qualified 12th exam, you can appear in IISER Aptitude test. Prepare well and clear the cut off to get admission in IISER.

Based on your marks ,you have moderate chances of getting a seat in BHU as the expected cut off marks for obc candidate will be above 190 marks so actually you are on a border line but don 't loose hope.
