U can apply for preparatory courses in IITs as they will teach u the basic concepts that makes u fit for the iit admissions and after passing in it u can directly get into IITs in vacant seats without jee advanced
No jee advanced preparatory course rank is separate for preparatory course for SC , ST and Pwd candidates so it won't help u to get into IIST

As far as I know, you may get the college you want but still there may be some discrepancies since some colleges have a criteria of minimum 60% in HSC.
