Being a non-Maharashtrian, to enter into ICT you have to apply through all India quota in DTE Maharashtra. So you should score very good marks in both jee mains and boards. Jee advanced marks do not count here. You need to be in the topmost percentile of India

Yor are eligible with this marks but baseed on your rank you will get a college not a good college because you get less rank. you can do Pharm.d course but as per the rank you will alloted a seat in an average college. even your belong form BCE
