Yes, you will get CSE branch in JNTU ,karimnager and jntu sultanpur.if you have passed 12th with pcm , you are definitely eligible for CSE  .

Hi,

Candidates meet IIST admission eligibility criteria if they have secured minimum 75% aggregate marks in their Class 12 Board exams or equivalent examination. SC/ST/PwD category students can apply if they have secured at least 65% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.

Dear 

You can do post graduation in any college irrespective whether you have done your graduation from same college or not. Also it should be in conformity with rules and regulations of that college and also you must rank in your entrance for the same.

All the JEE Advance qualifiers are eligible for the admission in IIST. Only those candidates will be there in rank list who have secured required minimum marks in exam as well as in each section. For General it is 20% of total marks, for OBC it is 18 %of total
