Bro you are not eligible for counseling round becuz
Rank holders from 20,001 to 1,50,000 will be considered for Phase II counselling.

According to the eligibility criteria, you must qualify the NEET exam for admission to MBBS course. Your marks are less than the minimum qualifying marks so you are not eligible to apply for MBBS admissions.

Dear Pramod,

you can't get with this %marks mean you are not eligible for BAMS/BHMS in Maharashtra or any another state because they want at least 30% of marks.

We can't say that for 2019. But this year a s per NEET 2018 brochure, private candidates are ineligible. The exact words of the brochure are “Candidates who have passed 10+2 from Open Schools or as private candidate shall not be eligible to appear for NEET (UG).”
