according to last year cut-off, if you are belong to open category or SC category then you have no chances for getting admission in CS branch at Heritage Institute Of Technology but if you are belong to ST category then you can easily get admission in Heritage Institute

You might get in NIT but that depends which state's home quota are you eligible for. The cutoffs vary from college to college and also differ for the home state and other state students. All the best!
