For admission in IIIT,hyderabad you must Obtaining a minimum of 60% marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry in Class XII. Else there is no role of 12th marks.

The percentile depends on the results of the JIPMER conducted on that year. If you want to score upto 99th percentile then try to get 170+ marks in examination.
