You didn't complete your question but yes you can write JEE when you are in an engineering college and if you get an IIt or NIT, you can take admissions but you have to check with the office of the college you are in because they may ask

After BAMS can someone be eligible for UPSC exam??

Hello,

Yes, you will be eligible to apply for UPSC exam after completing BAMS, since its bachelor degree programme,

And, the eligibility criteria for UPSC is having passed graduation in any stream from a recognized university, so that definitely makes you eligible for UPSC.

i have given MAT exam and secured 90.98 percentile. i applied for CET and in the merit list my All India Merit number is 4058.

Some chances are there that you'll get Department of Management, University of Pune with your MAT percentile but not with CET rank but you should have some backup also because people having 95 percentile also take admission in the college. But with your scores you can check out these colleges

Hello Aspirant,  for Postgraduate -

Minimum marks are 55% for General category and 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category students. In some places, there is different cut off for the OBC candidate students.So please refer the course details.

For Undergraduate Minimum of 50% marks in class 12th for General category candidates

It's not necessary to take admission in the college which you are alloted during the time of councelling. It entirely depends on you whether you take admission in the alloted college or not .
