To get seats in NITs,IIITs or GFTIs one needs to first clear the cutoff as per his/her category. The JEE Main 2019 cutoff for SC category was 54.01 percentile. Since, your JEE Mains perecntile is less than the required , so you are not JEE Main qualified. But
Hello there. With that percentile it's impossible to get any NIT. For NIT you should have be having around 90 then only you could have any chances.
