Well according to last year's cutoff and a general criteria for BAMS colleges :
420+can get you a government seat
360+can get you a semi government seat
119-280 can get you a private seat
The scores may vary for different institutions. But you have a score of 497

UPSC doesn't put any restriction in name of eligibility on any BTech course as long as it is authorised by the concerned government agencies.
That being said only three BTech courses can be opted as the optional subject- Electrical, Mechanical, Civil.

For your rank you have few chances to get Admission at CBIT, Because the b-category seats are alloted as 15% only. In that 15% seats there is again NRI Quota too! So, it is quite hard and there is a huge competition to get Seat through B-Category. Anyways
