JIPMER and Neet are two different entrance examination for admission to mbbs and bds courses.
You have to apply separately for both of these exams.
Since you have only applidd in Jipmer you are eligible for admission in it if you qualify it with suitable rank.

Rules regarding exams and the admission keep on changing all the time, so I would suggest you to mail the official authorities regarding this.

You have got 89 cutoff on the new basis of scheme and you are asking eligiblity in CEG and MIT.Well my answer is: it is not possible to get seat because CEG will get filled at 95 on new basis and in MIT it will get filled at 90
