Hello!!!

As per your percentile your expected rank is around 2,10,000 . If you are a general category student then you have not qualified JEE mains thus you are not eligible for admission at iiit delhi. Moreover, the maximum closing rank is around 20,000 that too for students having domicile

Congrats for such a wonderful percentile.
As per government colleges eligiblity criteria minimum requirement board percentage for general and obc are 75 percent.  As you have less percentage than that you won't be eligible for NIT irrespective of your percentile in JEE MAINS , whether you score a wonderful

Hello student, 

Indraprastha University accepts both on the basis on 12 scores and Jee Score. 

And if I talk about Jee main score, it a student with under 2 lakh rank can get CSE in IPU. Thus,  even with a low score in mains one can get a chance there.

Based on your PCM average, you are not eligible for CET however, the eligibility criteria is determined by your aggregate percentage in math, physics and in one of the following subjects: chemistry/ biotechnology/ biology/ technical/ vocational subject. You will be needing an aggregate of 45% in the subjects

Yes,  a  Bipc student is allowed to take admission in 5 year Integrated Law courses. There is no restrictions on students passing from Bipc  to take the entrances and admissions in BA LLB programmes as far as you fulfil the other required eligibility criteria.
