ofcourse you can apply next year in neet even if you get admitted yourself in bds this year , next year if you get mbbs through neet you can apply for t.c in your college and then  to your medical college.

Yes you are eligible to get admission in this college .

Any 12th appearing student or student who give their re exam to clear their subject are eligible to apply to get admission in all college but it is mandatory to all students to clear their exams or all subjects

With 202 marks and belonging to any reserved category I think you might get govt medical college through state quota in your domicile state. 202 marks are quite low to get govt college but you might get private medical college or bds seat. Cut off also vary from state

There are different projects at different institutes,  each having a different eligibility criteria. The basic eligibility criteria is the marks of your B.Sc 1st year.
Please do comment about the college you are seeking a project in.

CUCET has declared its result on 21st of June' 2019. However, the cutoff is yet to be released. The previous year cutoff for Msc in Life science with specialization in animal science for general catagory was 51. But this does not mean that you are not eligible. The

The eligibility criteria for Msc in cancer biology is :- 

Good honours degree or equivalent with a core biology content, biomedical science, molecular biology, biotechnology, biology, physiology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry. Other biology and Medical science degree will be considered on an individual basis .
