You have not mentioned about your reservation category , and also dint mentioned about your domicile as well ,
And generally considering the previous year's Cutoff it difficult to get MBBS seat with

With a rank of 25k in your jee mains paper 2, there's less chance for you to get a seat into any NITs or SPAs.

You can try for the CFTIs and carefully fill your choice filling for the counselling process of JoSAA. Still it will be difficult

If we fill counselling form in ews category than we can only fight for increased seat in mbbs college or still eligible for other seats also
