Hello Siva,  For BSC students , the basis eligibility criteria is to complete their three course form recognize university or board.  Students have to score more than 60% in aggregate.  Only those students who complete these 2 criterias can apply for entrance exam.

Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for tge course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both the scores.
So as your boards percentage as well as your entrance exam's score both matter equally.
