As per your 51959 All India Rank in JEE  B.Arch you cannot get a seat in IIT or any other top colleges or universities. To get into IITs your rank should be below 1000 as per previous year cutoff. Try to apply for some private colleges so as

I see that you want to pursue b arch from nit Trichy and build career in architecture engineering. But for that you need to be eligible. 

You need to be less than the closing rank of previous year. It was around 300 for general .

As per last year cutoff, selection was made upto rank 249 and in 2017 cutoff rank was 616 so clearly cutoff changes every year but with your secured rank selection is very difficult even under ibc category as it so high. I'll suggest you to wait for counselling

ESIC Neet Quota refers to the seats reserved for the kids of ESIC Id holders (who are contributing to the esic over the period of 3 ro 5 years.)

These students get quota in ESIC Model Medical Colleges . The ESIC  quota is not applicable to the colleges

Yes, if you are in the final year of graduation then you can go for GATE exam. But see that you fulfill all other eligibility criteria for exam.

Last year for general category the last rank to be alloted a medical college through AIQ counselling was around AIR 10000-10500. 

As your rank is around AIR 28000, I don't think you will alloted any government medical college in general category in AIQ counselling.
