Sorry, you are not eligible for Tezpur University for BTech. You have got 68 percentile in jee, so I think your rank was around 5 lakhs. If you want to get admission in Tezpur University, then your rank should be under 30000 in general category. So this is impossible for

If you are from general category then you need at least 55%, if you are from reserved category then 50% is required and you can be eligible for the IIT JAm exam.

There is no compulsion of having computer science as a subject in 10+2.
The candidate needs to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 and should have passed English as a core/elective/ functional subject.
