To avail the Delhi state quota you must have completed your class 12th within the territorial area of Delhi. Since Ghaziabad lies in Uttar Pradesh, you cannot avail the home state quota for Delhi and hence will not be able to apply for the 85 percent state quota

According to mhtcet rule for doing engineering in Maharashtra you have maths and physics compulsory subject  with optional subject like chemistry or Technical vocational subject with minimum 50% aggregate . According to have score 180 marks in electrical maintenance. So you eilgibility for engineering . because compulsory subject

The minimum eligibility criteria for NIMCET  2019 is-

  • B.sc/B.sc(hons)/BCA/BIT for minimum 3 year full time from a recognized University with Mathematics/Statistics as 

as one of the subject Or BE/B.tech from recognized University.

  • Minimum marks is 60% or 6.5 CGPA on 10 point Scale for general category .
