Even if you secure very good marks in NEET UG Entrance Examination, you will be disqualified in the counseling process if you secure less than 50 percent aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And, hence, you wont get admission in any of the medical colleges.

Qualifying Exam
10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

Qualifying Marks

The eligibility criteria for appearing in NEET exam is that  you should have score 50% agrregate marks in PCB,if you belong to general category and  40% aggregate marks in PCB,if you belong to sc/St/OBC category while for physically handicapped it is 45%.so if you full fill this criteria

AMIE basically helps in getting promotions and pursue higher education (M. Tech). You can do M Tech after passing AMIE. For this, you have to qualify GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).

However, you should apply for the GATE exam only after passing section B.
