Dear Sachin, you haven't mentioned which University's eligibility criteria are you looking out for. Neverthless, as long as the University from where you did your Graduation is a Recognised board, it shouldnt really matter where you studied. And Bharathiyar University is a recognised one. So your degree is valid enough
