Yes, you are eligible to sit for the entrance exam of SVNIRTAR CET as your percentage is above 50% with PCB in boards, which is their minimum eligibility
However your age must be above seventeen, for being eligible

yeah,you can do b.tech after b.sc.but you should start from 1st year,you wont get lateral entry.

You can apply for XAT Entrance Exam as there is no any minimum score restriction in the qualifying exam. But Generally a good reputated colleges require minimum 50% in Graduation. I would suggest you to get a very high percentile so that It can help you to recover your qualifying
